The Headache Blend is a specially formulated remedy to help relieve a wide range of headaches — from tension-related to hormonally triggered or stress-induced pain. This blend supports the nervous system, eases muscle tension, and calms over-stimulation, helping to soothe discomfort in the forehead, temples, or back of the head, and may even help with headaches that extend into the neck or shoulders.

• Frontal headaches, often brought on by eye strain, mental fatigue, or digestive upset

• Throbbing headaches worsened by movement or bright light, and improved by rest or pressure

Active Ingredients:

• Arnica Montana 200C – for headaches following physical exertion, injury, or exhaustion

• Bryonia Alba 200C – for dry, splitting headaches made worse by motion and relieved by pressure or stillness

• Nux Vomica 200C – for headaches from mental strain, digestive imbalance, or overstimulation

• Kali Phosphoricum 30C – for stress-related headaches and nervous fatigue

• Cimicifuga Racemosa 200C – for hormonal headaches, neck stiffness, and pain radiating from the spine

• Ruta Graveolens 30C – for headaches with eye strain, tension in the scalp, or headaches related to neck and spine tension
