The Head Cold Blend is a carefully crafted remedy designed to support recovery during the early to mid-stages of a cold, especially when symptoms are focused in the head, sinuses, eyes, and nose. This blend helps relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and fatigue, while also soothing the irritability and chilliness that often accompany seasonal head colds.

• Nasal congestion with difficulty breathing through the nose, alternating with watery or thick discharges

• Runny nose, especially with burning, acrid mucus or frequent sneezing

• Sinus pressure and frontal headaches brought on by colds or weather changes

• Watery, irritated eyes and sensitivity to light, especially during colds or seasonal allergies

• Colds that begin with sneezing and move into thick, yellow-green mucus

• Loss of smell or taste, or a blocked feeling in the sinuses

• Dry or tickly throat, especially in the early phase of a head cold

• Chilliness and restlessness, especially with exhaustion and the need to be warm and comforted

• Colds worsened by emotional stress, fatigue, or overwork

Active Ingredients:

• Natrum Muriaticum 200C – for sneezing, runny nose, and loss of smell; colds that begin with dryness and shift to congestion

• Pulsatilla 200C – for yellow or green mucus, mild temperament, and symptoms worse in warm rooms

• Kali Muriaticum 30C – for thick white nasal mucus and early-stage sinus congestion

• Kali Bichromicum 30C – for thick, sticky, stringy mucus and post-nasal drip

• Arsenicum Album 200C – for burning nasal discharge, restlessness, and extreme chilliness

• Nux Vomica 200C – for early colds with sneezing, irritability, and blocked nose at night

• Euphrasia 30C – for watery, irritated eyes and bland nasal discharge

• Allium Cepa 200C – for profuse watery nasal discharge and burning from the nose or eyes
